DESCRIPTION:What is this event?\nThe crotch rope – a workshop where we will tackle some of the most delicious, but also risky ties. You will learn everything about how to place the rope on sensitive areas in a reliable way. We will learn how to attach toys and how to make rope more intense or more long-lasting. After the workshop, we will have a jam and social, so everyone can practice and meet up.\nRope Jam is a meeting where you can practice bondage, use equipment you may not have at home, hang out with friends, and learn cool ties from those with more bondage experience than you. It is open to people of all experience levels. We’re creating a safer space for rope lovers, as well as curious eyes.\n \nWhat happens at the event?\nThe event will open with our consent workshop which is absolutely mandatory in order to participate in InFLUX events. If you have yet to participate in a consent workshop organized by InFLUX before, it is mandatory to arrive by 19:30. Then we can start bonding!\nIf you are interested in playing with a crotch rope and want to find out more about it, make sure not to miss out on this workshop. The lessons will be fit for all types of crotches.\nSchedule with breaks:\n19:00 – 19:15 – We gather at the space. Don’t be late beyond this time!\n19:15 – 20:15 – Crotch Rope Workshop\n20:15 – 20:30 – Coffee break and socializing\n20:30 – 00:00 – Rope Jam – you can leave whenever you want.\nThe door will only be open by 18:00 and during the coffee breaks. If you have been to one of our consent workshops, no need to attend one anymore. In the event that we cannot confirm the age of the participants, the presentation of an identity card will be required. Anonymity will be ensured by a plastic sleeve, which will only allow the ID card photo and date of birth to be displayed.\nYou sign up and can participate after you’ve attended one of our consent workshops, which takes place right before this Rope Jam. \n \nWhat are you bringing What are you wearing?\nFor the crotch rope workshop, it is essential that you at least know how to tie a single-column tie. You can bring water and something to eat. If you want to tie yourself, we recommend an outfit that will allow for easy movements. And, if you have them, the ropes, obviously!\n \nWho organizes this event?\nThis event is organized and will be supported by Kitty Rea.\nKitty Rea is a relationship coach and a budding sex coach, with over 7 years of experience in community organizing. She has been teaching about sexuality, BDSM, and non-monogamy for over 5 years. She is a promoter of consent and sexual freedom.\n \nSuggested donation for this event is 50 RON. \n \nRules for InFLUX\nCONSENT AND BOUNDARIES. Don’t touch people without explicit consent. The same goes for people’s clothes, accessories, toys, and ropes. Also, do not rush or force anyone. Allow each individual to take their time and move at their own pace.\nLEAVE YOUR EGO AT THE DOOR. Do not assume anything about anyone – ask first! This is a safer space for everyone, no matter the gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, body shape, where they come from, or their ability or wish to switch roles or not. Discriminatory behavior or language will result in exclusion from the event.\nPRIVACY. Do not reveal who you met at the event. Do not talk about what you heard or saw at the event.\nNO UNSOLICITED ADVICE. You can share your experience in something, but never assume your expertise is universally valid.\nREPORT. If you notice that something is wrong, could be dangerous, or violates someone’s consent, please contact a staff member. Please do not intervene yourself!\nACT AS IF THIS IS YOUR HOME AND RESPECT THE SPACE. Have respect for the space as it is. Be careful not to stain, break or destroy things. If it happens more than twice that you reserve a spot, but don’t show up, we will simply not put you on our lists anymore.\nEVERYTHING STAYS INSIDE. Keep the play inside the space. The same goes for ropes and revealing outfits.\nBE AWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS. Be mindful of the noise. If someone is doing play near you, keep your voice down or gently step away at a distance that will allow play to happen without breaking the mood.\nONLY TAKE PHOTOS AT CERTAIN EVENTS AND ASK FOR EVERYONE’S CONSENT. At parties, no photos are allowed, except for the photo corner. Keep your phone in your pocket. At workshops and rope jams, you will be allowed to take pictures of your own work and the partner you have tied. But no people in the background! Not even if they are blurred!\nLIMIT ALCOHOL INTAKE. We believe that no one can fully give consent without being in control of their unaltered senses. We strongly encourage you to limit the use of alcohol or any other judgment-impairing substances.\nNO SMOKING AREA. Please keep smoking to a minimum and only in front of the venue. Make sure the door is closed so that the smoke doesn’t get inside the space. The same goes for electronic cigarettes.\n \nTo attend this event you must register using the RSVP form below.
