DESCRIPTION:What is this event?\nLooking for new rope partners? Curious to tie with different people and spark fresh connections? Rope Speed Dating is your chance to mingle, tie, and discover, all in one night.\nThis isn’t about romance. The focus is on rope: meeting new people, negotiating quickly, trying short ties, and enjoying the unique connections that only rope can create. You’ll rotate between partners of all genders and orientations, with time to negotiate, tie, and explore before moving on to the next match.\nTo attend this event, it is mandatory that you have attended a Consent Workshop.\n🇷🇴🇬🇧 This event will be hosted in Romanian, but you will have the possibility to interact with people who speak English as well.\n📝 We confirm attendance 24 hours before the start of the event at the latest. Please register at least one day before the start of the event.\nWhat happens at the event?\nSchedule with breaks\n🕓 7:00 PM – 7:30 PM – Registration\n🕟 7:30 PM – 8:00 PM – Social time + Demo & Rules\n🕡 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM – Rope Speed Dating games\n🕡 11:00 PM – 12:30 AM – Rope hangout\nPlease keep in mind that you will be paired up with people of all genders and all sexual orientations. Anyone can stop tying or getting tied at any point during the event if they start feeling uncomfortable for any reason.\nPlease be on time so as not to disturb other participants. We cannot guarantee that someone will be available to open the door for you after closing time. We only accept on-time admissions to any workshops since you might miss important information.\nHow can you reach us?\nOur address is Bulevardul Theodor Pallady 287. The metro station at “1 Decembrie 1918” is the closest to us and it’s only 8 minutes away, on foot.\nTake the small elevator (it’s behind the large stairs on the ground floor) to the 5th floor, where you will see the sign for InFLUX. One more flight of stairs up and you’re there. We will check at the entrance if you have attended it.\nWho organises this event?\nBăje has been super passionate about ropes since 2013, participating in multiple workshops held in Romania or abroad by some of the most famous riggers.\nAmarpas (she/her/they/them) has been passionate about learning rope for almost a decade and discovered her passion for educating others over 5 years ago.
