SUMMARY:Nerdy Up-Lines Workshop
DESCRIPTION:What is this event?\nDuring this workshop, we will be getting very technical about suspension lines, learning about and practicing different techniques to safely attach them to existing structures and to lock them off. We will also go through some tips and tricks for better line management and finishing options.\nTo attend this event, it is mandatory that you have attended a Consent Workshop.\n🇷🇴 The Workshop will be held in Romanian.\n📝 We confirm attendance 24 hours before the start of the event at the latest. Please register at least one day before the start of the event.\nWhat happens at the event?\nSchedule with breaks\n🕓 3:00 PM – 3:30 PM – Registration\n🕟 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM –  1st part of the Workshop\n🕡 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM – Break\n🕖 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM – 2nd part of the Workshop\nPlease be on time so as not to disturb other participants. We cannot guarantee that someone will be available to open the door for you after closing time. We only accept on-time admissions to any workshops since you might miss important information.\nHow can you reach us?\nOur address is Bulevardul Theodor Pallady 287. You can find information on how to reach us here or here.\nThe area has many parking spaces, especially in the evening or after 6 pm. The metro station at “1 Decembrie 1918” is the closest to us and it’s only 8 minutes away, on foot.\nTake the small elevator (it’s behind the large stairs on the ground floor) to the 5th floor, where you will see the sign for InFLUX. One more flight of stairs up and you’re there. If mobility issues prevent you from climbing up a flight of stairs, you can take the large elevator, which will take you straight to our door, but that one is much slower.\nOur phone number is +40723258105, and you can write to us on WhatsApp before the door-closing time.\nWho can come?\nFor this workshop, attendees should already have an understanding of rope safety and be able to comfortably execute a single column tie.\nAlthough models are welcome to the event, we will have many weights available in the space, that we can use for this workshop, so uncoupled riggers are also welcome to join.\n🎫 Fill in the form below to register for this workshop. We will check at the entrance if you have attended it.\nWho organizes this event?\nThis workshop will be taught by Băje (he) and Mia (she).\nBăje has been super passionate about ropes since 2013, participating in multiple workshops held in Romania or abroad by some of the most famous riggers.\nMia has been an enthusiastic rope bottom for more than 5 years.
