DESCRIPTION:What is this event?\nAre you a newbie? Welcome to the Beginners in Rope Day! You can attend this event regardless of your rope skill level, everyone is welcome to join! The event will start with an introduction circle in which we will also go through the code of conduct and other important information. We recommend sharing what you know with others even if you just began tying. Teaching and sharing knowledge is the best way to learn! We will introduce you to some very basic ties and we will also talk about safety and things you should consider and be aware of. There will be staff members during the event, don’t be shy to say hello or ask questions. We might even do some demos in the sharing circles.\nPlease note that this event is not a complete rope training programme. If you want structured learning, we recommend attending our rope workshops.\n🇷🇴 🇬🇧 This event is bilingual. You can attend it if you speak English or Romanian.\n📝 We confirm attendance 24 hours before the start of the event at the latest. Please register at least one day before the start of the event.\nAttending this event does not require previous participation in the Consent Workshop.\nWhat happens at the event?\nBeginners in Rope Day is a peer learning environment. This is an event where we socialise, learn about our rope community, exchange notes and knowledge in a relaxed atmosphere, regardless of experience level.\nNote: This is not a rope jam, but more like a munch for rope lovers and skill sharing.\nSchedule with breaks\n🕔 4:00 PM – 4:30 PM  – Registration\n🕠 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM – Beginners in Rope Day activities\nPlease be on time so as not to disturb other participants. We cannot guarantee that someone will be available to open the door for you after closing time. We only accept on-time admissions to any workshops since you might miss important information.\nHow can you reach us?\nOur address is Bulevardul Theodor Pallady 287. You can find information on how to reach us here or here.\nThe area has many parking spaces, especially in the evening or after 6 pm. The metro station at “1 Decembrie 1918” is the closest to us and it’s only 8 minutes away, on foot.\nTake the small elevator (it’s behind the large stairs on the ground floor) to the 5th floor, where you will see the sign for InFLUX. One more flight of stairs up, and you’re there. If mobility issues prevent you from climbing up a flight of stairs, you can take the large elevator, which will take you straight to our door, but that one is much slower.\nOur phone number is +40723258105, and you can write to us on WhatsApp before the door-closing time.\nWho can come?\nEveryone is welcome – singles, solos, couples, friends and groups, regardless of your rope skill level.\n🎫 Fill in the form below to register for this workshop. She has been passionate about learning rope for almost a decade and discovered her passion for educating others over 5 years ago. She loves teaching people and being a reliable guide at the beginning of their journey.
