What is this event?

This is a speed dating event with ropes. The aim is not to find romantic partners but rather to meet people that you can connect with in ropes, regardless of their gender or sexual orientation. You will be paired up with random people and have a set time to negotiate, tie, and click.

Please keep in mind that you will be aired up with people of all genders and all sexual orientations. The aim of this event is not to strictly find romantic or sexual partners but to have fun, share space, and get the opportunity to tie with different people and see what connection can be created. Anyone can stop tying or getting tied at any point during the event if they start feeling uncomfortable for any reason.

To attend this event, it is mandatory that you have attended a Consent Workshop.

🇷🇴 🇬🇧 This event is bilingual. You can attend if you speak English or Romanian and we’ll try to pair you up with people who can speak with you in your language.

📝 We confirm attendance 24 hours before the start of the event at the latest. Please register at least one day before the start of the event.

What happens at the event?

🕖 7:00 pm – 7:30 pm– We gather at the space
🕢 7:30 pm – 11:00 pm – We tie and have fun!

Please be on time so as not to disturb other participants. We cannot guarantee that someone will be available to open the door for you after closing time. We only accept on-time admissions to any workshops since you might miss important information.

There are many parking spaces in the area, especially in the evening or after 6 pm. The metro station at “1 Decembrie 1918” is the closest to us and it’s only 8 minutes away, on foot.

Take the small elevator (it’s behind the large stairs on the ground floor) to the 5th floor, where you will see the sign for InFLUX. One more flight of stairs up and you’re there. If mobility issues prevent you from climbing up a flight of stairs, you can take the large elevator which will take you straight to our door, but that one is much slower.

You don’t need a partner for this event, but feel free to bring anyone along if they have also participated in the Consent Workshop.

Who organizes this event?

Kitty Rea (she/her) has been a rigger and a model for 11 years. She loves ropes and her experience has taught her that the more people you tie, the better you get at your rope craft. This is why she wants to offer everyone the chance to tie, to connect, and to experience rope out of a place of curiosity, rather than performance.

Amarpas is a veteran of the community with nearly a decade of experience tying, creating connections, and leading workshops; she has created her own niche for play. Amarpas brings passion and solid knowledge with a no-nonsense approach to kink.
