What is this event?

🚨 Registration will start on June 14th.

This workshop is aimed for people who want to explore floor work with ropes, be it sensual, playful or in movement. You will have the opportunity to create inspired and meaningful ties by mixing and assembling the basic elements.
‼️ Attending this event in pairs facilitates the ease of doing the exercises. InFLUX Rope bottoms/models will not be provided during the event, but partnering up or switching is encouraged for the practical parts.

The content of this workshop will approach:

– Usual consent practices before the ties

– Rope handling, body positioning

– Connection and communication between the person in ropes and the person tying.

– What, how, why do you communicate, and with what intention?

– Simple exercises for participants that they can practice and explore after the workshop.

To attend this event, it is mandatory that you have attended a Consent Workshop.

IMPORTANT! If you wish to attend the Kink Jam event that will take place after this workshop, you can join free of charge but we ask you to please fill out the RSVP for it, as the available spots will be limited and we need to know how many attendees we are expecting.

Please be on time so as not to disturb other participants. We cannot guarantee that someone will be available to open the door for you after closing time. We only accept on-time admissions to any workshops since you might miss important information.

The area has many parking spaces, especially in the evening or after 6 pm. The metro station at “1 Decembrie 1918” is the closest to us and it’s only 8 minutes away, on foot.

Take the small elevator (it’s behind the large stairs on the ground floor) to the 5th floor, where you will see the sign for InFLUX. One more flight of stairs up and you’re there. If mobility issues prevent you from climbing up a flight of stairs, you can take the large elevator, which will take you straight to our door, but that one is much slower.

Who can come?

We encourage people to join no matter their rope skills level, be it absolute beginner or advanced. The contents of this workshop will work for all. We recommend joining this workshop paired up as it will facilitate the ease of doing the exercises. InFLUX rope models will not be available during the event, but partnering up or switching is encouraged for the practical parts.

Wear something comfortable, like sports pants, leggings, or tights.

🧵 Bring your own ropes if you have them. You can also use our community ropes; they are available to everyone.

📤 Please bring your InFLUX card! The event requires that you have attended the Consent Workshop. We will check at the entrance if you have attended it.
