What is this event?

This interactive, introductory workshop explores how submission wrestling techniques can be adapted into kinky play.

Together, we’ll look at how to bring a partner to the ground, establish control, and explore what we can do from there. The focus is on simple, effective techniques that are easy to learn and apply, allowing both partners to engage safely and confidently.

Kinky wrestling blends physicality with play, creating space to explore power, resistance, and connection through movement. Rather than relying on strength, we’ll focus on leverage, positioning, and awareness, making the experience accessible and enjoyable across different bodies and experience levels.

This is a hands-on workshop, combining demonstration with guided practice. You’ll have the opportunity to try techniques with a partner, build familiarity with movement, and explore how these interactions can translate into playful, consensual scenes.

No previous experience with wrestling or grappling is required—just curiosity, communication, and a willingness to move.

Who teaches at this event?

Mr O is a creative sadist with a love of medical play, a penchant for violent grappling scenes, and a very cute bum. Having spent over two decades as a jiu jitsu competitor and instructor, he has found ways to apply his knowledge of body mechanics to kinky play and shares that in his teaching. Active in the Canadian BDSM scene since 2005, he regularly puts on workshops internationally as well as locally in the Toronto, Montreal and Ottawa areas on subjects including wrestling, grappling and medical play. With an engineering based background and scientific mind, he is known for continually inventing new devices and ways to hurt people “for science”. When he’s not being nice he can be a bit mean. And vice versa.
Mr O believes strongly that successful scenes start with careful negotiation, and so teaches workshops and private classes on negotiation and consent.

ropeybunny is a playful, energetic and experimental masochist who is an active contributor to the Ottawa  and Montreal community.  Starting off with rope, she eventually discovered a love for medical play and all things scary. She often finds herself in painfully sadistic situations and is excited to share her passions with you. 
ropeybunny believes in fostering an atmosphere of open communication where bottoms can share their knowledge along side tops and enjoys teaching (and taking) classes that are co-taught.
She has been teaching locally and internationally since 2019 and performing since 2017.

What happens at the event?

Schedule with breaks that applies for both days:

14:30-15:00 – Doors open for the entrance of the participants
15:00-18:00 – Workshop

Please note that the workshop will include additional shorter breaks, that will be agreed upon with the participants during the event.

Please be on time so as not to disturb other participants. We cannot guarantee that someone will be available to open the door for you after closing time. We only accept on-time admissions to any events since you might miss important information.

Who can come?

This workshop is open to all levels of experience, including beginners.

Attendance is only possible in pairs, as all practical exercises are designed to be done with a partner. Working with someone you already trust and communicate well with will allow you to get the most out of the hands-on parts of the workshop.

Workshop participation fee

This workshop is designed to be attended in pairs, as all practical exercises are done with a partner. You’ll be working together throughout the session, exploring within a familiar dynamic, building confidence, control, and understanding together. For this reason, solo participation is not possible for this workshop.

In order to secure your place for this workshop, you need to pay a 100 RON advance of the event fee. You will receive more details on how to complete the payment in the RSVP confirmation email.

📤 Please bring your InFLUX card. Access to this event requires that you have either attended a Consent Workshop or have been vetted through the InFLUX code-sharing system. We will check this at the entrance.

This is a hands on workshop so any clothing worn should be comfortable.

The Workshop will be quite intensive. We recommend you come rested. You are only allowed to take pictures of your work and your partner (with consent). Taking pictures of (any part) of other people is NOT allowed. Please do not use flash photography since this can be very distracting for others. Video or audio recordings are not allowed.

The area has many parking spaces, especially in the evening or after 6 pm. The metro station at “1 Decembrie 1918” is the closest to us and it’s only 8 minutes away, on foot.

Take the small elevator (it’s behind the large stairs on the ground floor) to the 5th floor, where you will see the sign for InFLUX. One more flight of stairs up, and you’re there. If mobility issues prevent you from climbing up a flight of stairs, you can take the large elevator, which will take you straight to our door, but that one is much slower.
